It really starts with gut health. Even if you start making changes in your diet, it's hard to really see a noticeable difference in overall inflammation until you're also working on that gut health. And then there's really two others from a dietary perspective and that decreasing dietary inflamors. That's what I like to call them, the dietary irritants. And then increasing your anti-inflammatory foods and nutrients. But most people aren't getting near enough of the good, powerful anti-inflammatory ones.
