Pronaam, why you do a form of very fast breathing, and then hold the breath. Then move the awareness down to the bottom of the spine and raise this incredible energy which is called the quindolini. It takes tremendous discipline to practise a thing like that. If your washing dishes, the washing of the dish becomes your practice to get liberated. And just keep opening your heart towards the one in whatever form you take to our deeper self.
