The Path of Sufism, Tarika, Is the Heart of Any Religion
Tarika means path, and the sufis explain that this is the path one follows in the desert of life. Tari ka has to do with those special practices that are for the benefit of others. The introductory level of religion ethics has more to do with training our own negative mental states and producing positive states. We learn to change who we are so that we don't affect others negatively. This is the path that leads us towards the highest stages of realization.
