No Broker, No Broker. In Bombay?
I tried all the platforms that existed that time. All the horizontals, all the verticals, couldn't find anything. Everything was with brokers. So ultimately I had to pay a large amount of money as a brokerage. And especially in Bombay and Pune, there's a funny thing that when you are renewing your lease, you need your agreement after 11 months, the broker comes back and demands the brokers again. That's like double bami.
