Philadelphia: A Reflection on Philly

If James Harden shows up and plays for the Sixers, I think they're in this first tier. And if he's anywhere near where he was last year, Ithink they're inthis first tier. But until they can actually win a pair of playoff series, I'm not gonna sit here and talk about them as one of the elite teams in the NBA. The Celtics have potentially the highest ceiling of any team in the league but they have a lot of variance now with the way they've changed their roster.
