The Hard Mentality of Open Philanthropy
Ownership is this feeling that you're working on a project and it's just on you if it goes well. And I think that's just like a hard mentality for many people to have. So an example of what I mean is when your manager says here you should do A, B and C but they don't give us the answer we want. That's one path; another would be going back to their manager and arguing with them.
