How Doug and I Grew Our Business in Five Years
I'd be out on the trucks, maybe five or six days at the end of the month. And maybe one or two days a week the rest of the time. But I've always told people, you just go ahead and do what you think you, what you would do if it was your company. You need to have people you can rely on and people that will come to you if they're facing a very tough decision. Sometimes you have to make a decision that isn't really fair to you because, but it is what you have to do for this customer.
