Do You Do Brain Death Determinations for Adults?

In New Jersey, for example, you can be determined to be dead but demand that you not be declared dead. In 2008, the president's counsel under Dr. Edmund Pellegrino issued a white paper entitled controversies in the determination of death because of the appearance of so-called chronic brain dead patients. But there was actually not a change made to the UDDA at that time.
