Do You Support Community Service Initiatives?

i was at conference recently, our talent conference. We got to hear from many of the attendees about their challenges and in what they have done well as far as retention and recruitment. And absolutely, we love that. That's one of the things that i love about my employers. They really support e the community. I'm actually going to chair the hart walk for northwest houston. So  that's, i'm excited that the company is supporting that. The referral bonus is then played to employees who refer it, and we pay it at 30 days, and then we pay another bigger amount at a hundred and 20 days. It has been extremely successful so far.
