Can God Relate Favorably to a Sinful People Without Blood Sacrifice?

There is the possibility and actuality of pleasing god without redemptive grace. That's beyond dispute. The issue is whether it's a pure republication, or a subservient view that just tethers the obedience to land blessing. We can get bogged down in the details, i think, and miss the gravity of this discussion. It's a really important one.
