The Importance of Building Relationships
When we had this sort of challenge with the heat sink. One of the challenges was that we didn't have a great, we didn't really have a relationship. And so that would not have happened if Eric hadn't been there for the better part of six months regularly building those relationships. It's just amazing to me like having gone through all of this. The things that we thought were going to be problems in shock and vibe or in packaging testing were totally fine. I think that just speaks to the importance of testing, not just on the product itself, but also on the other aspects of delivering it.
