i think that adding sets is a pretty decent tool in the arsenal because, and i think that's especially true for exercises you can't load quite as heavi. This in the paper itself, they have like a diagram where they add two sets every week. Over six weeks, in this figure, it goes from ten up to 20 sets, and then week seven, drops down to five. That's like a 20 % increase. And just stayn at 20%. im the other thing i would say is that of o of the targets that you can kind of aim at for, like prescribing training variables and keeping people engaged, i think that adds sets is apretty decenttool in the arsenal
