We live in a society that has taught us, or right, sells us this message that we should be able to control a sensation. But if a thought makes me anxious, it's in me. I can't just move it around as i do. We are organized to have the thing emerge out of us. And then i frame it and often re frame it, which which i suggest is what you're saying, i tont make sense. Am i going mad? Not just re framing, but then applyd top down control, which i think is then the very important part.
