Do You Think We Need a Revision of the Criteria of Current Cardiomyopathy Screening Guidelines?

There's no doubt in my mind that there is an age related penetrance to a rhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy and, of course, all of the other heart muscle disorders. But having said that, I think there is an important proportion of patients who do present at a younger age and being able to identify them through clinical screening, I think, is really important.
