The diversity of views amongst employees is far greater than the diversity of views represented by the most vocal segment of employees on twitter. So i don't think that sios should afraid of their employees, though some particularly weak ones might be. The twentieth century corporate governance and law was all built on this idea of the separation of ownership and control. That's a problem to solve. Where the ceo control the firm, the shareholders owned the firm. And ithink too much focus on the spineless ceo and not enogh, focus on the cynical forceste, the incentives he or she faces.
