The Importance of Recognition in Management

I think I'm realizing now that I'm a manager and seeing how little recognition managers get compared to I see. It's so easy to forget like how impactful, just a short like shout out or sharing of recognition can go. So those are all the things that I ask folks to check in on in this worksheet.
