How to Vote for a Student Council

There's probably a section that shows our student council. I wasn't on it. They met during lunch and or during one of the periods where not a lot of them had important classes Mark. It was a cool way to get out of class. There were so many senior year shirts. When would you have voted for a council? Where did they meet? What kind of decisions were they making?
