The ship was called by the harbor authorities for questioning. They said that the crew had used tourism visa to come in instead of saying they were there for a job doing work visas. The bureaucrats then said that well she couldn't leave port because of bad weather. Rebecca quickly pointed out quite rightly that plenty of other ships including some smaller were still leaving port unobstructed and so sort of the jujitsu hand-to-hand combat went like that until ultimately Rebecca won.
