FLACM has been working on a transcription library called whisper dot CPP. It's written in C++ to help access the whisper model, open AI is whisper model. There are three levels of accuracy: fast, slow and ludicrous. The fastest takes about 18 seconds to do 60 seconds worth of audio. But you can kind of dial it up just a little bit.
