Strength Training Can Help With Bench Pressing

"I've been doing it for a long time. I know that the strength is there," he says of his benching ability. "Even when I bench through 15, either day, even though that's a far cry from 500, I know that like at least 400 is in there somewhere" He was surprised to do 315-for-three but wasn't shocked by how strong he had become. The former powerlifter now works on getting lighter and building muscle memory.
