Have Fun at Work

I think there is this assumption that we have a limited time, and if we spend some of that limited time on activities that have a recreational purpose, they don't really contribute to us being productive. I actually believe in science has proven when you take small breaks during your day to have some fun ... It's like taking a little mini vacation, it reenergizes and it refocuses us. There are also ways to have fun with the work we're doing. And again, as I was said earlier, the idea of having leaders that are able to have some laughs with their team while the work is getting done."
