Is There a Better Tool to Analyze the Russian Economy?

The people in Russia are more silent than it used to be, but they are probably increasingly curious about what's going on in the outside world. And another metric which is fun is that Carnegie rule was a very successful publication and we ran the number of hits perhaps comparable to some of the Russian media. But no, life of an economist is really hard. We shouldn't be happy that the Russian diversified the statistics. You still have non-digital segments and they matter. Without relying on official statistics, you can't read it so much and that's why official statistics matter. So without access to data, it's hard to do analysis.
