Morality and Moral Saints Bug Her So Much
Wolf: Morality speaks to us in a different way than our other interests or passions. She says that the voice of morality takes a kind of self-important, high-handed tone. So we're in a bit of a pickle - on one hand, morality won't leave us alone until we become saints. But being a saint is a bad life choice because it means we have to give up all the things that matter to normal human beings and give our lives meaning.
