Are We Now Need to Discipline a Black Person for Not Doing Their Job?

Mark O'Mara: The cop in that case, I don't believe- look, you're going to ruin your life if you go, hey, I'm a racist. It's like saying, well, should we prosecute the airplane pilot because he was drunk or high or racist or whatever? He was sober and then he didn't do his job and people got killed. So are we now need to discipline that person for not doing their job? Not for shooting a black person for notdoing their job. Whatever the color. Is that the way the law reads? That's why the law needs to do this. You've got to do it up with Mark on this.
