The Differences Between Knowing God and Suspending the Truth

I think we need to start with the Bible with the Bible teaches Romans 1 18 through 21. It's very clear that all men know God but suppress the truth and unrighteousness. But if we develop this further, I think there are different senses in which we can speak about knowledge. There can also be a difference or a distinction between knowing God and suppressing the truth.
