Jungle Bird Cocktail

Jungle Bird Cocktail. I've been making it all of lockdown and it is an absolutely delicious cocktail. My friend Hannah Lanfier who well she is widely known in cocktail circles in London as being one of the best. It's got rum, it's got pineapple, campere for a bit of bitterness.
