It's quite a different sort of thought processes isn't it that's what I suppose I'm trying to get to which is which is not always what I see. When you go and see their practice actually you're like okay you know you're very drill based or you're very block-paced but when you actually go and see it you'll see a lot of elements of of random practice and play and that kind of thing. It's been absolutely fantastic once again I can't help feeling that we've probably skimmed the surface and it would probably win you need to keep going keep diving deeper because everything that you said to me sparked so many thoughts I was sort of struggling to think
