Are Frontline Managers Enabled to Find Coaching Wherever?
If frontline managers who should be doing coaching aren't doing enough of itn if that's the case, then company should enable people to find coaching somewhere else. And i feel like i'm seeing avilind, sometimes it's the cellar saying, my company is going to support me in getting some external training. I hear a lot of times, my manager is a great manager, they're just not a great coach. So i even see a lot of tat performers simply reaching out and even using their personal funds, and say, this is something i really need, and i don't know if i'm get it at any company right?
