The Nested Prosecution of Alvin Bragg
I've been trying to think about the most useful frame for this set of like really complicated nested prosecutions that are all seeming to kind of flower at once. It feels like it's become a bit of a three ring circus and maybe too much of a spectator sport. So I'm trying to thread this needle about allowing the person who is really good at framing the narrative to frame the narrative, but like taking seriously what he's doing. But I think it's also important to zoom way out to the idea that we are going to see at least one, if not four, prosecutions of a former president.
