The Landlord's Decision on Who Can Use What

Once land is no longer monopolized, labor isn't forced into a one-sided competition. So wages will start to go up. Because everybody's always competing to be able to use the land that is available. And then, you know, the landlords accrue all this profit just from deciding who can use what.
