i don't prepareto, i mean, lik abot this definition. But when there is a miss match between how the person believes he or she is being perceived and how they are actually being perceived that's my best way of describing it. A lot of cringes like people taking themselves too seriously when they're saying these things, and then e they canno. No self-awareness at all which makes them even more cringey.
