How to Be Congruent and End a Relationship
Nardi: We have to be congruent with what we say and then what we do so often I see a guy will break up with a woman, say I'm not that into her, you know, and be direct. Or let's just hang out as friends. And man, I find those experiences to be fraught with peril. Even if you agree on it and she says, yeah, it's fine,. You might be opening yourself up to a world of hurt. So I would say really be Congruent and the relationship and respect her by having that boundary and moving on.
