Chacras and June Stott
On October 30th, 1989, Chacras ran into June Stott's near the river. He asked her to go for a ride with him and they ended up driving down to a local beach. There were some differing stories about how all of this went down though from this point forward. One story said he put his hand over her mouth to keep her quiet, but at some point he realized he'd killed her by suffocation.
