I think in my own language all the time. I speak English a lot, probably the majority of my time I speak in English. But you have to be very advanced to not think in your own language at some point. It's simply really very unrealistic and it could make you feel bad by focusing on it too much. Once you're more confident, as you kind of have a long-term learning process, you will think less in your ownlanguage.
