The last thing I wanted to talk about is running a fundraising process with a CRM. Whether you're raising for a startup or for a venture fund, you need to run as tight of a process as you can. So if there's a tab here in close called opportunities and that is where you run most of your sales process and I call fundraising sales because that is really what it is. You know, my first column is cold lead. Any person I reach out to cold gets bucketed as cold lead. The next bucket is warm lead.
