The TSA's Not Responsive to Consumers, but They Shouldn't, Right?
CNN's John Sutter was stopped at the airport in Pittsburgh. He says he had a bag to check but couldn't leave it behind because of rules on checking bags. TSA agents were kind and patient, even though they didn't have any ID with them when asked about his travel history. "I have noticed that the TSA agents are behaving differently," Sutter said.
