How to Break Those Viral Cycles?

I was trying to point it back to the humility and also I think understanding that especially in written communication, in remote kind of asynchronous communication, there's a lot of miscommunication that can happen. And then like I said, I think there are different formats we can try and offering engagement. Encouraging conversations, especially when you have still forming ideas in public channels instead of private channels so that others either can engage there or they can see, oh, this team is functioning in this way. They're trying to be vulnerable. Maybe I can return by doing the same.
