How Do Your Standards Measure Up to Your Assessments?

Every lesson in this learning cycle is designed to prepare students to give excellent presentations at the end. So chances are many of the people listening teach something else. We can sort of take this process of scrutinizing the stuff that you're doing right now, am, and apply it to what you are teaching. What exactly do your standards require? Do they ask students to memorize and identify facts, or do they ask them to describe, explain, analyze or create? How closely do your assessments measure those standards?
