The Pros and Cons of Done

I think one of the most fundamental things about done, or one of our core values, is really being client-centric. We have never charged in a management fee. So that means we take 25% of net new profit. And then you'd have to exceed that old high before we would ever take another dollar. But also, it really drives everything we do with the system in order to make sure it's as robust and dynamic as possible.
