Vegans and Vegetarians - What Are Some Other Good Sources of Protein?

Vegan and vegetarians have a big advantage over meat eaters in one aspect. We don't really need as much protein, we can focus on fibre and water. The other thing i'll say is that when it comes to people who are morally concerned with eating animal products, you should be aware of the environment. And so if you are someone who's choosing this kind of lifestyle,  you're not doing yourself any favours.
