The Transitional Justice Process in Tunisia

In the aftermath of benali's overthrow, there was an international push for setting up a transitional justice process in tunisia. But it led to questions about how well this could be carried out and whether Tunisians took what was useful and left behind the rest. The way in which these institutions don't appear "out of nowhere," nor are they imposed upon a tabularas is another interesting question. And so i look at it also intunityin politics more generally, at the revolution never happened, as it were. I'm very wary of the whole notion of transition and transitology.
