The Difference Between Baseball Stadiums and Hockey Stadiums
There is a material difference between baseball stadiums, hockey stadiums and football stadiums. Football stadiums are an incredibly bad investment if you're going to try to put them in a city center. The argument that we ought to do it because it has a non-material impact is the best one. I would still posit that even a baseball stadium that's going to have about 81 days a year is still not going to be a good economic investment.
