I've Been a Manager for 30+ Years, What Would You Say?

Jeff: Being a manager can be in a very satisfying experience. You're able to work through others, that you're able to have them work at a higher level than what they could by themselves. So just kind of like that kind of a summary statement. Yes, I've made mistakes maybe, but I've learned this and I'd encourage you if you're interested in being a manager here is why you do it.
