Do You Have a Monopoly in Google Ads?

There's a higher principle in antitrust law. As it currently stands, it's okay to have a monopoly as long as you get there through competition on the merits. But the flavor of the DOJ complaint is very different. It says here you are running this tool called Google ads for advertisers and you're telling them you're going to help them buy ads that has the highest return on investment. And yet you're turning around and doing something that is against the customer's interest.
