The Importance of Consistency to Day

When i was 28, consistency for me meant at least six days a week. Four of those days were two days rat. I did not have four kids to take care of, or a mortgage or home o you know. So i think it's really important for not just your physical health, but your mental health. Ladies out there, please understand your definition of consistency to day is going to be very differently than it was ten, 15 years ago. And that is fine. What i'm saying is, for me, ultimately, the goal is to feel good in my own body,. And if that means a little extra weight, so be it. Why the hell not? I achieved this
