"I got scared a couple of times. I had a load go off right there that gave me, you have a new picture taken with an old soft flash bulb me a spots and it gave me spots in front of my eyes," he says. "It's effective in leadership terms, very effective to use the old Navy way of doing things like that." He adds: "If you say to a guy, can you help me with this? He may not really want to do it, but the way you phrase it makes you want to help him"
