Is Carbon Dioxide an Air Pollutant?

Road traffic is the principal outdoor source of nitrogen dioxide. The most important indoor sources include tobacco smoke and gas, wood, oil, kerosene, and coal burning appliances. In 2007, the Supreme Court in the United States did say that CO2 is an air pollutant. But there have not been laws tailored to it as much as maybe there should.
