Kindness is one of our most powerful strengths.

In today’s episode, I’ll be sharing how it has been such a strong motivator for me throughout my life, why showing outward kindness has led to me attracting a more positive tribe, as well as how our brain scientifically responds to healthy habits and reward cycles.

I’m a huge proponent of the belief that life tends to run a lot smoother when we’re feeling good, which is one of the reasons I’m so excited to dive into this topic. In addition to highlighting the benefits that kindness brings, I’ll also be discussing some of the ways in which it was instilled in me during my childhood and why I’ve chosen to carry on that legacy in my adult life.
