In 2021, you gave almost $4 million for the installation of private network video cameras around the city. You wrote that safety, justice and privacy are the three basic principles focused on it to solve the city's problem. In this case, it's still criminal justice reform. We got to do better. There's too many people in jail that shouldn't be in jail. But let's face it, there are too many people on the streets that should not be on the streets.
