I love stinging nettle. Because of its nutrient density and high amino acid content, it's one of the things that the white tail deer run my property feed on quite a bit. So I go out there and I harvest a bunch of these nettles and I make nettle pesto. It's very, very good. You blend the nettles with olive oil and a little bit of parmesan and some pine nuts. And usually I'll throw a little rosemary and thyme and salt and pepper in there. They're just absolutely amazing. But for morning routine, Sunday, I'm done for the day. No, just kidding.
